Delivery service

Delivery conditions from our stores:

- We offer delivery within the city limits of Sofia, Plovdiv, Pleven, Ruse, Varna, Burgas, Stara Zagora, Haskovo and Vratsa for all purchases -  the transport surcharge is 50 lv. with VAT included;
- We will deliver your purchases Monday to Friday between 9.30 and 17.00 hrs.
Loading, unloading and handling are not included in the delivery price.

Delivery terms and conditions of our E-SHOP:
All communities in Bulgaria will be serviced by regular courier companies offering 2 to 5 business-day deliveries.
- Courier deliveries will be made between 10.30 and 17.30 hrs.
- No deliveries will be made on Saturday and Sunday and on official holidays;
- Deliveries will be carried out only after they have been confirmed by the customer;
- Orders made after 14.00 hrs. will be processed on the following business day.

Free delivery on all online orders!

Delivery terms:
When items exceed 3.5 meters in width, or in excess of 50kg, the deliveries will be made in 2 to 10 business days.

Loading, unloading and handling are not included in the delivery price.
