Return and exchange policy
Dear customers, DOMKO guarantees the quality of all its products. If, however, they do not meet your requirements, you have the right to refuse one or more items from the order made within 14 days after receiving them, and you must first notify us of this. The notification is made by using the contact form found on our Online Store:
The user can return the goods at DOMKO's expense using a Speedy courier, selecting this option when filling out the return request, or can use another way to return the goods at his own expense, specified in the return request.
Please store the products properly while in your possession and when returning them to avoid damage or loss in transit. Don't forget to keep the note from the post office or courier company as proof that your package has been sent. Otherwise, you bear the risk of losing the goods before we receive them.
When returning goods, please comply with the following conditions:
- It is necessary to complete the return request, which you will find in your profile in the "My orders" section. After selecting the "Return" option of the specific order, please fill in the details regarding your "Return";
- In the My Returns section, you can find the return you generated and complete the next steps of the process, namely to indicate the return method with a waybill generated by us or you will organize your return yourself;
- The return so completed will be sent for our approval;
- Please note the following features:
- When returning a refused product, it must be accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice and receipt) and a copy of the Return Request (generated when filling out the form on the site), unused, unpackaged and in a preserved commercial condition, with the original packaging preserved. addressed to our address for correspondence: Sofia, 145 Ring Road St.;
- For hygienic reasons, bed linen, blankets, pillows, duvets, towels and bathrobes in open packaging cannot be refused or returned, unless it is within the customer's right to return them, i.e. have a defect confirmed by us;
- Made-to-order and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged, and the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the dimensions submitted. This does not apply to cases where the product with non-standard dimensions is defective.
The refund for the refused item/s, after confirmation by a DOMKO employee that the returned item meets the criteria above, is carried out by bank transfer to the bank account you specified in the Return Request.
We do not refund items returned after the 14th day of receipt, damaged, used items or items with damaged packaging. In these cases, we will return the items back to you at your expense.
The purchase cancellation policy does not violate the customer's consumer rights in the case of defective/damaged goods.
